Returning Goods

Should your product(s) require to be returned, a return authority (RMA) request can be submitted from within your customer account (requires login)

  • Global Grow Supplies (GGS) may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
  • Global Grow Supplies (GGS) reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Submitting an RMA

You can submit an RMA request from your customer account area, once you are logged in

  1. View the order in question
  2. Select the submit RMA link located in the order details
  3. Provide and submit the required information
  4. Submit any photos to support your claim to our RMA email once your RMA has been submitted

Our staff will liase with our supplier and fufill your RMA request
