No, we do not have a retail store but we do have a number of warehouses where we ship goods from. The majority of our business is selling over the internet and over the phone. We ship from several warehouses located throughout the country and abroad. How long do orders take?

Global Grow Supplies (GGS) usually takes 2-3 days to ship most Metro orders and 3-7 for regional areas. When you order you will be given an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). Our website also allows you to check your order status by logging into your customer account by simply going to 'User Login' on our homepage and selecting 'My Orders' in your dashboard.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking link or reference number. With this number you can visit the carriers website to track your order. You can also track the progress of your shipment while logged into your customer account 'My Account'. If you do not get a link use the transit guide below using Melbourne.

If you decide to cancel or return your order, please use our return authority. We try to ship out most orders almost as quickly as we receive them, giving us a very small window to cancel orders. In many cases, our warehouse is picking and packing your order within minutes of receiving it. However, once an item ships, you can still refuse the shipment for a refund, minus any freight and charges we incur. We will keep the items on order until they are back in stock or we get an RMA.

The time it takes all depends on the shipping method selected. Simply add an item to the cart, enter your zip code, and it will show you the shipping method, rates, carrier and estimated transit time. Your order will automatically ship from the warehouse closest to your shipping address, depending on inventory in stock. Global Grow Supplies (GGS) ships worldwide. Simply add the items to your cart and checkout. All International customers will be responsible for any customs duties and taxes if applicable. We cannot guarantee a time frame on international orders as there are many variables but orders can vary from 3 days to 12 weeks. When you order your goods you will be given a number of carrier options, costs and time frames.

Do you price match against other dealers?

Global Grow Supplies (GGS) will price match and/or beat pricing on any large quantity bulk orders only.

We already have competitive pricing structure loaded on all items. However, on large ongoing orders we offer account customers, that have a regular buying pattern and can provide an invoice or supporting documentation such as a proof of purchase to confirm pricing and quantities from their current supplier even better pricing on items and freight.

All of our items are brand new, factory sealed and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not offer discounts on clearance or discontinued items, seconds, return and repaired goods or items that are not of the same standard. We do not sell or support inferior products and will only price match on like, new items.

Yes we do set special customer pricing for account customers that order often. Our quotes can be itemized, can be split in item cost and freight outlay or can be a delivered price to your nominated destination. Please specify which options suits you.  


Do you have a return policy and how long does it take?

Global Grow Supplies (GGS) offers a return policy, to view it go to the main menu, select customer service and click on policies. By using our return authority, once the item is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be processed. The refund could take up to 14 business days to be processed and will be returned to your account or card that you paid on.
